Sarah Kitchin brings to 45 Architecture & Interiors her deep experience in design and construction projects in housing, healthcare, and education across East Africa and the American West. Sarah was a founding member of MASS Design Group, the 2022 AIA Firm of the Year, and honed her leadership style during her time as Director and then Principal of their offices in Rwanda and Santa Fe, where she realized her passions extended to professional development and creating a culture of learning. Having taught Architecture courses at both Montana State University and the University of Rwanda, Sarah enjoys helping the next generation of architects grow into their role as community leaders and embrace the responsibility that comes with building a legacy for future generations. Sarah is a proud Montanan from Great Falls, and she earned both her Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design from MSU.
